2. Select and pay
Select your flat and pay the 1-month service fee. If the owner doesn't confirm within 48 hours, you're refunded.
3. Free Agreement
We prepare your 11-month agreement; we cover the tenant's share of the cost.
4. Sign and Move in
Sign, register and move in. Rent and deposit go directly to the owner. We never hold your rent or deposit.
